I would love to garden full time. To grow food and flowers for the rest of my life and watch my kids an grand children grow on land that they will inherit. The tree of life is growing in my garden, moringa. I had a -Gone With The Wind moment a few years ago and began ordering seeds on etsy from around the world. It was so fun getting the envelopes because of the postage stamps..I saved a few for fun. All year long I can harvest a meal because of the kale, chard, and turnup greens. All are great sautéed with eggs. Plus we make juice from the seeded grapes which my mom will sometimes turn into jelly and there is always plum jam..or I suppose its prune jam. It has been really incredible to learn how to start trees from branches. I keep a free pile of plants that are rooted and ready to go for my neighbors. I have gifted hundreds of potts and thousands of seeds. It is the best when my kids hang out with me while I'm watering the garden.
